What happens next

  1. 01You send the URLOne email. Your store URL, and the problem that's been bugging you, in whatever words you'd use to describe it out loud.
  2. 02I go through the storeTheme, apps, checkout, load speed, and anything the console is quietly complaining about. Usually the same day.
  3. 03You get it in writingWithin 1 business day: what's actually wrong, what it takes to fix, and what I'd charge. If it's a fifteen-minute job, I'll tell you how to do it yourself and charge you nothing.

If you’re in the right-hand column, email anyway. I’d rather point you at someone who does that work well than take a project I’m the wrong person for.

Good fit

  • You're on Shopify or Shopify Plus and plan to stay there
  • You need one specific thing built, fixed, or connected properly
  • You've been told "the theme can't do that" and didn't believe it
  • You've inherited a half-finished build from a developer who's gone

Probably not a fit

  • You need a logo, brand strategy, or paid ad management
  • You're on WooCommerce or Magento and want to stay there
  • You want the cheapest possible quote above everything else
  • You need a full team on standby around the clock

Include your store URL, what’s going wrong or what you want built, and any deadline you’re working to. The more specific the email, the more specific the answer. But even "my cart feels slow" is a perfectly good place to start.
